Mountain Production Team Manager is a big job that oversees 30 - 70 men at any given moment. It is for men who want to throw themselves into the ultimate challenge of care, accountability and non-stop leadership of an orchestra of men creating a remarkable Mountain experience. NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART.

M2
M2 Leadership Day is a training for self-leaders to put their skills into action in the company of an elite group of men. Have your leadership tested inside and out, go deeper and learn how leverage alliances to achieve Remarkable outcomes.
M2 asks what kind of leader you are and can be. M2 is for men who want next level visioning and actionable leadership in their lives.
For Initiated Men Only:
M2 is for men who have completed any Mens' initiation weekend, and or team training, and or leadership training.
RMP CIRCLE
FACILIATATOR
TRAINING
Circle Facilitator Training is for men who made significant progress in developing their self-leadership skill and practices using the RMP framework and are called to help other men do the same. This is a 6 - 12-month program that will make you a powerful leader across all of your domains in helping other men move into action.
For Initiated Men Only:
This leadership opportunity is for men who have completed the mountain weekend, at least one cycle as mountain production team member and demonstrated their self-leadership mastery as a member of an RMP men’s Circle for a minimum of 1 calendar year
CERTIFIED RMP FACILITATOR
Certified is for men who have demonstrated significant progress in development of their self-leadership skills and practices using the RMP framework and are called to help other men do the same. This is a 12-18 month program that will make you a powerful leader across all of your domains in helping other men move into action.
For Initiated Men Only:
This leadership opportunity is for men who have completed the mountain weekend, multiple cycles as mountain production team manager and demonstrated their self-leadership mastery as a member of an RMP men’s Circle for a minimum of 2 calendar years
